If you could hunt anything, anywhere, anytime, what would it be? (Remember money is no object in a dream!)

It doesn't have to be the most expensive hunt....I just really want a nice ELK and MOOSE!!! :rocking: and lots of meat elks for the freeze!!! ;) I hear New Mexico is good for the Elk tho. The mounts might be expensive!:p

That's easy......a bow big Bull Moose hunt up in NWT/Alaska,
similiar to the "King is Dead" on hunting footage.com.
I have very peaceful dreams about that footage, with me in his place! :thumbs_up
After that would be a bow ELK hunt anywhere, BC would be perfect.

How about archery african lion?? NOT! Archery Grizz but no rifle back up? Maybe. So much to shoot and so little time. I don't care for world records but wouldn't turn it down. I'm easy to please. hunt hard all season then arrow a monster Moose or Elk on the last day. Need a close encounter and lots of vocalization and theatrics, all on tape and with good friends. And lots of rum after.

I belive some people dream it....I live it......I feel so fortunate to be able to walk out my back door , not drive 40 miles hunt deer, elk .moose, coyote , ducks geese pheasants, chicken and I could just keep on going, and most days never see another hunter. I have been to many different countries and had the opportunity to take in fishing , and have no desire too, get me back home, a pail of leeches and lets go catch some walleye.

Thats a lot of gear to carry unless you are with somebody. I got drawn for Grizz this last Spring but couldn't find one. Had my bow with me just in case I found a good stalk. Still had my trusty 338 with me for the longer shot. I was alone for a couple of days about and I'm guessing, about 40 miles down stream of the Sikani River from where it intersects the Alaska Hiway. Pretty wild back there. If you arrowed one without backup, you certainly earned it. Only trouble is, you only get one rush unless you have it on tape.
Spiders scare me and would want backup for them. lol
Want to go for Grizz ODG? You can hold the camera

A bit late, but hey why not wake up a good thing.................. It is a dream right? My dream involves B.C./Alberta border horse back ride in remote camp archery hunt for screamer elk and high alt Dahl's sheep. This is on the will most likely do in the next three years list. A closer to do dream is coastal tarpon at South Padre Island Texas. Ah................. I need a smoke!

All i want is a wallful of giant mule deer. i would love to anchor a 200 plus buck in full fuzz. I am going to africa next summer for 10 days to hunt, and i have a cougar hunt booked with a friend of mine. I get to pick between colorado in the snow or utah in the dirt for cats. Yep mule deer are my only passion. Then next spring it's off to the races at Talladega and some turkey huntin with the southern boys from florida.

I would love to do an elk hunt.
My dream hunt is a pea field loaded with snow geese! Having them come into the decoys wave after wave with their feet down. Nothing's better in my mind. A big SK whitetail with my bow is a close second. Kodiak island would be pretty sweet too.

Me, my best friend, our dads and our boys five miles from the nearest road in Northern Sask for Archery Moose. Lots of action but only one or two moose so it does not interfere with the outing.

African safari has been my dream for a long time. That is probably all it is to, is a dream. You see I have never been on a plane and don't care if i ever am. But if the finances allow it I will get over the fear of flying real darn fast.

PAPA BEAR, The flight is the only thing that holds me back from going back to Africa. From here, it's 23 hour flight. When your there, it is totally the dream you expect, and more. I fell in LOVE with Africa. I could live there... only as an American woman though. African women don't have any rights and mostly, are not allowed to hunt. Don't own land either. But, a trip to Africa will totally change your life and your perspective about everything from that point on.
It would be one of the top 3 life altering events of your life. The saying is, once you go to Africa, you will go again. It's all I have thought about since my trip in 2003. The people are the very best and so down to earth. GO for it!
Oh yea. Take sleeping pills for the flight. No problem!
