Is anyone going out for the last day of the Saskatchewan Ice Fishing Season Mar. 31 and does anyone have any tips.

Well if crooked lake has been on fire for perch the last couple weeks, I'd certainly try there. I'm to poor to drive anywhere right now and I have to work anyway. So no fishin till May for me. Which is okay I have a hot spot for walleye on the frenchmen for that time of year.

hey razor where are you heading to? I haven't decided if I am going to lloyd this weekend or not, but if I do I may be able to swing a fishing trip.

I haven't heard of anybody being on anywhere. I haven't heard anything about Turtle this year other than there was no one driving on it for a long time. Have you ever tried Meeting lake? We were there a few years ago and it used to be good for decent perch and small 'eyes.

Fished Meeting quite a bit...just not this year.....Friday or Saturday to Meeting or Turtle would be cool, might have to take the quad just in case!

I was going to go to Tobin again on Saturday but I heard that there is lots of water on top of the ice. I'll have to wait and see.

i will be going out for sure... went to murray today after work, caught a 16 pound pike and a few smaller ones

Decided to head to Murray today, have the quad loaded to use to get to
my spot.......instead of worrying about whether the Chevy floats or not. :D

Mar 31 for the southern and central zones.

April 15 for the northern zone.

This being in Sask of course.

Man did I kick the crap out of the Pike today, nothing super big but TONS of them....
....ALL were live released and I'm heading back tomorrow.
Will post photos from both days when I have time! :shade:
