We had a exciting day pulling things up the hill to keep them from washing down to the river. The sheep were standing in water as high up the hill as they could get inside the pens. Had to turn everything loose, including a 500 lb 5 year old wild pig. It's everything for themselves today! Send floaties and a floating trailer.
We're supposed to be hunting with a sales rep in the hunting industry today. He's waiting in his travel trailer on safe ground. We have another supercell coming tonight at 11 pm.
Here's some video of the water at my house.

I'm in the hillcountry an hour northwest of San Antonio on the Guadalupe River.
This was the back yard, not the front yard with the river. South didn't get what we're getting. I hunted south this Saturday, Sunday and Monday, but it is very muddy down there. I believe they only got @ an inch or two. We keep getting 6 inches at a time. More coming tomarrow and raining through next Monday. The sales rep took a nice Javelina like he wanted, his first one, but he did it with a crossbow. He's a traditional bowhunter of 30 years, so this was new to him. He also sat in an Eastman pop up blind instead of a treestand. He may as well hunt with this stuff since he sells it. Butch shot a gobbler with a 10 1/2 inch beard and 1 1/4 inch spurs and got it all on camera. He called the big boy in. I shot a gobbler but he got away from me. Looked good on film, but not on the arrow. Shame on me! That's the last time I try a through the butt to the front shot.
