Which part of Sask you going to?
You'll need to dress warm it can be -40 C to +15 C. Don't forget your shotgun the upland season will probally be on depending on the date of your hunt.

That's the great part of hunting in Saskatchewan - you can get pretty much any weather during any season and most likely will change dramatically during the week.
Easiest thing is to bring layers that will get right down to darn cold, and at least 2 pairs of boots (warm and cold weather)

Deer numbers are down a bit in the Love area but still quite good and the big old bucks are still there. You will have the best time of your life even if you don't end up with a buck. Good luck
Town of Love !! Great place for ELK and I saw many nice 150 class bucks during our regular deer season. Lot of Grouse in the bush this year !! :thumbs_up Good luck.
