Site Downtime : Monday 1/2/2006

Hey guys,

First and foremost I want to formally welcome you all (again) to the beta testing of our site! I want to thank you all for the work you've done and will do in the future to further this project. The testing we do today will ensure a stable, friendly, community when we open to the public.

With that in mind, I want to let you guys know that Monday 1/2/2006 throughout the day the site will be intermittent as I get closer to killing our latest bug. Throughout the day on Monday I will be enabling, disabling, removing, replacing, and rewriting certain parts of this site to narrow down (and hopefully fix) the bug that has been plaguing our gallery. The site should return to full functionality by the evening. I’m aiming about 6pm CST to have the site stable again.

So Monday afternoon feel free to visit still, but keep in mind that the site may go down while you’re here. Monday evening however it’s game on again!

removed header code on a idea from the developer. testing it out over the next few hours to see where it puts us.

I've found alot out today during the testing. Narrowed down our problem from a few thousand lines of code to a few hundred. :)

I am done working on the files that would negatively impact our forums. So feel free to use them this evening.

You can realistically expect the galleries up later this week. Hopefully sooner.

I will continue my work on the forums tomarrow afternoon. :)
