Halfdoc and I had this for supper last week, very tasty :thumbs_up .

Base coat:

2 eggs
2 teaspoons mustard (we used dill mustard)
4 tablespoons fresh chopped dill (can't get enough dill, lol)
3 tablespoons mayonaisse
1 teaspoon lemon pepper or lemon herb
large pinch of fresh ground black pepper
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Mix well in a medium sized bowl. If it is too thick add a little milk.

Coating:

Favorite "Fish Crisp", "Shore Lunch" or homemade dry fish coating.
Put in large ziploc bag

Cube up or fillet your favorite fish. We used Pike and Walleye. Dip both sides in the base coat. Put fish in the ziploc, then shake it up with the fish coating. Make sure the zipper is closed :) . Fry in large skillet with Olive Oil. Eat. :teeth:
