Hey! If anyone lives close to get the meat, it's good. It's almost the same as the grocery store beef, but not as much fat and chemicals. We ate 2500 lbs last year. Bad thing was I shot an OLD bull! Don't do the old bull. If I lived closer and had an empty freezer, I'd buy a half.
